great...i just choked on this small round plastic seal that my niece put in my cup...and she did it when..about 6hours ago...just used the same cup to make my drink and *choked* at the last mouth..

today was totally wasted...i even think i wasted some of my brain cells thinking about things that are eventually not used...so much for constantly thinking..then did ZERO exercise...haven done that swim i said i would do everyday of this one week's leave...tmr!!!
