not that bad for this weekend cos at least i exercised once...wanted to wake up sat morning to exercise but then it had to rain in the morning..then afternoon wanted to go for late afternoon jog but then overslept even though i set the alarm to ring at 4.30..i totally forgotten my hp uses a 24 hour format...then this morning also too lazy..couldn't get out of bed after the first alarm ring..switched it off..closed my eyes..and poof..it's an hour later...time for breakfast with family...finally this evening..had the will to go for a short run..too long din run already..din do proper warm up also..then i couldn't bear the stitches so i stopped...then just did some static exercises..
well...at least i did something...
