completed my lifeguard course...ermz..hoping to maKe it civilian qualified too...ermz...many things happened..good and bad...next weeK..two route marches 24 and 35...thengot ippt in between...thinK i'm going to bring my racers to camp...just for this ippt...pia a bit more...got to cure this callus under my foot..it's been there for ages...ermz..things to looK forward to??brunei??love?friends?time?

my mind is all messy at the moment...so i'm off...
