last outfield for 2 months & today finally it's come to the end of the year and i won't be having anymore outfields till end jan next year...yeah!!no more need to tolerate stupid mosquitoes and sand flies...this outfield was one of my worst...it rained on the both days!!freaking cold ah...change socks then wet again...my feet almost died...reached camp take of boots..it was totally pale...then rash broke out in several areas of my body...but i'm healing...however there is still one thing i've yet to understand...do insect bites have delay onset/reaction??cos the bite marks appear only 2 days after my field training...
booked out today...reached home after 75mins of bus ride...was about to go into the lift but saw that the car is still in the carpark and that the other lift stayed at my floor for a while longer...so i decided to take the chance and waited there...sure enough...my mum came out of the lift...hahaz...feels great to just see your loved ones in the morning :) turns out my mum has a company event and that got tickets to catch Body of Lies...the company event included buffet dinner as well..it's some sim appreciation day...UOL of SIM organized this to congratulate their 61 first class honour grads and their lecturers...it feels weird walking around grads and young professionals...somehow i just feel not old enough..hahahz...Body of Lies is a great movie..but girls be warned of the torture scene...that's when the lead actor gets captured...at the end of the movie..my dad had to stun me with the moral of the movie...i see there are still much and a lot i can learn...from around and my dad:)
went shopping with the gang last sunday...jy bought this expensive wallet...hahaz..he so wanted one with many card slots..think he a lot of cards..hahaz..kena shot down la...he ended up with one which has a coin compartment...lolz..i both two shirts from top at 35 each thanks to pang's 10% discount...oh...and i finally had my swim...hahaz..feels great to be back in the water...new record for pullups..it's now short of 2 to 20...though i struggled a bit on the last one:) ok...and it seems to me that quite a few people do not get the meaning of a 'secret'...hahaz...i'm just laughing at the phrase 'secret i should know'...hahaz...it's ironic...there's no secret anywayz...you guys talk as if i'm a new guy in the neighbourhood...now that's a sad way to interpret...hahaz...thanks for the concern anywayz..i was depressed for a short while but i'm all better already...the morale is high and the mood is good:) especially since i had my swim...getting back to my usual surrounding sure feels good and safe:)Willis Loy posted at 11/28/2008 10:43:00 PM | 0 comments
